Persian Tribal Rugs has three of the largest showrooms of Persian rugs in the U.K.

Our main Cambridge showroom is conveniently located with ample parking at Burwash Manor Barns, Barton (www.burwashmanor.com), a delightful group of converted farm buildings housing 15 unique shops, close to the historic university city of Cambridge. Situated near the M11 Junction 12, we are only 30 minutes' direct drive from London Stansted Airport and 40 minutes from the M25. Open 7 days a week.

Our second showroom is in the quaint and very attractive town of Saffron Walden located between Waitrose and the Market Square.

Our third showroom is at the Blakemere Craft Centre, Sandiway, Cheshire.

Our proprietor, Farhad Erfan, is Iranian with family in England, U.S. and Iran. He travels regularly to Iran, often deep into the countryside and mountains, to source the rugs, and he has extensive contacts built over the years with the Iranian rug making business. He manages the gallery in Cambridge, and also oversees the warehouses and workshops in Tehran and small scale home production projects in villages and tribal areas.

By purchasing direct and supervising his own production, Farhad can offer high quality rugs at prices much lower than most other retail outlets. He offers a friendly unpressured service and expert advice if required.

Our reputation - we have been regularly chosen to do work (supply and repairs) for Cambridge colleges and have supplied rugs to the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge.
